Stately and elegant, located in old downtown Poughkeepsie. The room looks like it's been here for 100 years, but it's actually only been here for eight. The wine selection is impressive, with half bottles and many wines available by the glass. They even offered three different types of bottled water. In addition to a solid menu they have several daily specials in the categories of salad, appetizer, and entrées. During these days of COVID-19, everyone was taking proper precautions, and I felt safe and comfortable. By the way, we loved the food.

Great place. Had a REALLY good dinner here on New Year's day. The chef is grade A! The salmon was truly amazing. Oysters cold and fresh, even the homemade soda was better than any soda I've ever tasted! Highly recommend this place if your looking for an upper class restaurant in poughkeepsie!

I AM. A super super picky restaurant eater and really prefer to cook my own food but once in a a while I take a chance and trust people to take me (as they do know me) and let me tell you I was pleasantly surprised. First of all you’d never know the interior of this place from the outside so just that alone is fantastic. It’s a retro 50’s scenery. I ordered the fish of the day it came to perfection, my friend had also fish and his was amazing as well and my son had the burger was cooked to his liking... and I was like yeah yeah now to the real test, the ️ Espresso was excellent. This spot is a place you come to from far, don’t get fooled by Main Street, this is definitely a hidden gem in downtown Poughkeepsie. I hope the quality never changes. We will definitely be back

We had a great dining experience here. Everything we ordered was delicious. I thought the food was better than some French places in Manhattan. Service was good even though they were overwhelmed. Tables were spaced at least 6 feet apart and I feel safe dining there. Definitely recommend people in the area to tried them out.
