My husband is in nursing home and I can hardly walk but trying to do the best I can and Wallace bro have always been the best but I left 2 trash cans out last week, one from our uncle who passed away a couple years back who lived in trailer in back of our yard and ours. A couple weeks back , I moved trash cans to front walk instead of side cause I'm having hard time moving them on my own and the pick up crew didn't like where they were too close under tree limbs so they showed me by moving them down and I understood and started moving them further down. The next week I had 4 extra bags as trying to clean up yard on my own as best as I can and they emptied cans and left bags. I understood , NO BAGS, so I picked up bags and put in cans this week and I don't understand as they emptied one can but left the other. It's very hard to take care of everything with husband in nursing home on my own and trying to make clean yard by myself. I am so hurt that this christian organization can't be more helpful to someone trying to do things as best as I can. This has never been the way Larry or Don has treated us. I've been in bible studies with them and never would have guessed they would treat help needed like this. I may not have it perfect but I'm trying. I'm very disappointed cause I can't get better help as I'm doing the best I can without Dale here to help or tell me what's wrong.

I highly recommend Wallace Bros. I just moved in a house that sits off the road with a narrow, winding lane. Wallace not only drive's down our lane, took a sizable amount of trash for weeks but then backs down the lane. I know it may not seem like a lot to many but it's an awesome service to us. My husband thinks I may need driving lessons from our driver- it's seriously amazing!

Pickup of my trash for the last 10 years has been mostly what I expected but attitude and customer service over the last week has failed to meet expectations. I'm going to switch to a company that will answer my questions and concerns without hanging up on me and treating me like my business doesn't matter. If they don't want to treat their customers with respect I don't know how they expect to keep their customers.

My trash was picked up earlier than normal today. I set it out anyways and they drove back by and got it without me calling. Awesome service!!!
