Best kids brand hands down! So much awesome in one store it's incredible! The selection of clothing for infant all the way up to size 8 is like nothing I've seen! They hand out balloons and stickers for your little ones, they have a table and chairs in front of a t.v. with coloring pages for your kids to keep occupied while you shop! Plus the promotions they do are so good compared to other kids brands you really get a great deal.

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I purchased items online and went into the store to return them. The store manager told me they only do exchanges for online purchases. I showed her the online receipt where it states that they do in fact do online returns. She then pointed out I purchase items on promotion and accessories which are all final sale. First I totally understand having a return policy for items purchased in store but when I buy something online I should have the opportunity to return it. I wasn't able to see how cheaply made the beach towel was before I purchased it as well as all the white button ups were see through and even a white tank underneath looked awkward. The manager was extremely rude and kept pointing at the return policy sign that was basically hidden behind a bunch of clothes. She then told me I needed to leave, I asked for her name and she told me no and then told her employees over the walkie talkies not to tell me anyone names in the store. I asked for a District manager and she said absolutely not our DM's don't handle customer complaints she gave me a customer service line to call. I called the customer service line which immediately went to voice mail saying I called after they were closed. The voice mail said they closed 5:30 pm (didn't state eastern standard time) either way it wasn't 5:30 on the east coast or west coast so I figured someone would answer. I never heard back from anyone. So I take it that cotton on lets employees behave anyway they would like. This experience reminds me why I usually spend the extra cash and shop at Nordstrom's.
