I've been coming here regularly for massages. After years of wrestling and waitressing, my body is pretty worn down and full of injuries. I've had nothing but positive experiences here! Today, Vicky was my massage therapist and she was amazing. I came in with a lot of back and shoulder pain and decided to add on the muscle enhancement therapy. The combination of hot cloths and biofreeze, as well as the deep pressure was amazing and definitely helped my back. I'll be booking Vicky for future appointments!

Clean facilities and friendly reception staff.I tend to stick with one or two people who I know are good masseuse based on past experience or yelp reviews. The check in area is relaxing and always has water ready. Parking structure is super convenient.

I RARELY write reviews, but felt my massage experience tonight was worthy of one. Paul was amazing. What I thought was chronic shoulder tension causing my tension type headaches was actually my muscles in the front of my neck. I have never had these muscles massaged and it was incredible. I could feel the areas of referred pain as he was working them and as he continued they melted away. I have had 10 massage therapists before (many at Massage Envy even) and no one massaged these muscles the way that Paul did. Thank you so much. I can wake up refreshed and much less grumpy for my kids tomorrow :)

This place has really dishonest business practices and is incredibly disorganized. If I wanted someone to gently rub lotion on me for 90 minutes, I could've just asked my wife to do it. She would've done it for free, and I actually enjoy her company... One of the receptionists here flat-out lied to me over the phone just to fill a therapist's schedule. (I asked for firm pressure over the phone, and what I received was nowhere near that. During the massage, I was asked how the pressure was, and I kindly encouraged the therapist to increase the pressure if possible. There was very little to no change,... this kid was obviously new.) I was so upset after the massage (not at the massage therapist, but the receptionist who booked the appointment), I told the person checking me out afterwards about my disappointment, and she told me she'd have the manager call me that week... She also scheduled a massage for a week later with someone she guaranteed would be able to do a firm, deep tissue massage. Yesterday (six days later, around 11:00AM), I hadn't received that phone call from anyone at this location, so I called to cancel my appointment (no one answered, so I left a message, explicitly asking them to cancel the appointment). Before going through the trouble of showing up and trying again, I needed assurances that this massage would actually be a real massage, and not some disappointing, sorry excuse for a massage. Today, I just got a call (around 3:30PM), asking if I was going to make my previously scheduled massage. HEY! DOES ANYONE THINK IT MIGHT BE A GOOD IDEA TO CHECK THE VOICEMAIL EVERY ONCE IN A WHILE?

BEWARE FRAUD... I recently was charged 1,820.00 by Massage Envy. When I called the store i was told that she could see that the system had \glitched\ and charged me for all the months since my membership was cancelled. I was told that the charges would be reversed however Massage Envy has yet to do that. If you have or have had a membership in the past check your credit card statements closely.
