Process was quick and straightforward. I had looked into selling my iPhone to a few other companies, but saw some bad reviews or people citing a bait and switch tactic. OCBuyBack had great reviews and offered me a higher price than some of the other companies. Their turnaround time was very quick and communication was clear. I received communication when they received the phone and that my payment was being mailed. Payment was exactly as promised. I would use them again! Thanks!

I was pleased with the outcome of the sale of my two iPhones. The only issue I had was being told that my phones were still attached to my mobile phone account. The company unlocks phone when you sell to them. I had to contact my phone company and unlock my phones myself. I didn’t do this originally because of the 1 difference in offered price. OCBuyBack did compensate me for doing this. Again was pleased with the final outcome. I would recommend this company in selling you electronic devices.

Sent in a nearly new Samsung S6 phone that had been in an Otterbox heavy duty case since the day I bought it new. No scratches, dents or anything. Got an email back saying there were scratches on back and front screen. Asked for pictures. They sent pictures showing scratches which were not there when I sent it. The scratches also appeared new. Only received part of the money for the phone. Will never use this company again.
