My friends and I stopped by to get our boards waxed and edged. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming, and we got to pet their dogs, too! They were done promptly and my board practically feels brand new after the awesome treatment it got here!

Great ski shop. Tons of top quality ski/snowboarding. Staff is very friendly and set me up in no time. Highly recommend getting your rentals here because you will get a good deal.

The only positive thing I have to say is they were decently fast when we picked up. The skis we got were pretty beat up however and although the workers are cool people, some of them were very petty as if they were 12 year olds. We experienced this both times we were there. Not sure what was up one guys a** but he was incredibly rude and left us on a very bad note. Customer service could use some fine tuning for sure. Don’t recommend renting from here.

This shop is always there for me. My first time to visit Breck and the crew here gave me some pointers about the mountain and when I damaged some gear they helped me find a solid replacement without breaking the bank. This year I purchased a new Weston snowboard from them and couldn’t be happier with the performance and the price! The staff is kind and quick and even waiting is nice given the many sweetheart dogs that hang around the shop. Thanks everyone!!

This is the only place I’ll have my skis tuned or mounted, and it’s local! Don’t give your money to those big chains, keep it in our local economy! You might find a larger selection of mittens or helmets at other stores but if you’re looking for rentals or a wax look no further! The location couldn’t be any better - when you get what you need walk over to the gondola and you’re ready for a day on the mountain with fresh new edges!!

The equipment is absolutely awful. No wonder the prices are so low. I struggled getting down 2 runs today because the boots were so terrible and I was in so much pain. I went into the shop to get a refund and he said there’s no refund for just not liking the equipment and accused me of trying to return the equipment because I didn’t have lift tickets, which I DO have for the whole weekend. Terrible customer service and terrible equipment. Do not recommend. Pay the extra money for good equipment.
