Excellent house (old boutique hotel we were told) for a large group. 10 bedrooms almost all with private baths. Large living space and additional TV viewing area, large fully equipped kitchen and huge dining room table for seating at least 14 (maybe more, can't recall). Entire downtown easily accessible and no car needed. We walked everywhere. Large rooftop patio with large hot tub - perfect for after skiing. Easy check in and out. Would highly recommend this property for large groups, family reunions or guy/girl getaways. Miller van Vliet

Our stay was perfect for my large family. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms even had humidifiers we could use. Everything was clean. The HOA was shoveling the sidewalk bright and early after a heavy all night snowfall. Perfect location in historic Downtown Breckenridge. The Gondola and a grocery store were right across the street.
We stayed at one of the large luxury houses in Breckenridge. The house was perfect for our group. Check in and check out were very easy and the house rules and what was expected were very clear. We had a great time with zero issues. The staff was very responsive to all of my questions prior to our arrival and everything was just as they said it would be. We would definitely stay in this house again.
At check in i was notified that the hot tub had to get drained and heat up to work properly. They told me it would be working by the night. The hot tub didn’t work the entire weekend of our stay. I called them everyday about it,some one was sent out. Offered a refund of 75 from a 5,000 3-day stay. They also Charged a 500 cleaning fee but there was eye lashes all over the house from prior guest. Used glasses still downstairs, it wasn’t too tier cleaned and it’s COVID! YIKES! Master bedroom tub didn’t get hot water. I spoke with the manager and he didn’t care at all about my complaints. He basically gave me blah blah blah vibes and hung up the phone. The house was in a good location and kitchen was stocked with everything needed.
We had an amazing stay! A short walk to the ski lift. The kitchen came with any utensils and cookware you could need and the house was awesome! Beds were so-so. Warm water and great pressure in the showers with lots of towels. The front desk was extremely nice and accommodating. Overall an amazing stay!
