The eye doctors at the Beachwood, OH location are wonderful and patient with my children. My issue is with the optical department that is across the hall. I do not know the lady’s name that was there on 2/19/21 but she was the rudest. It’s not what she said but how she was talking to me. This the second time this lady was nasty to me. I like going to the Cleveland Eye Clinic because I have exceptional vision insurance that allowed me to purchase eye glass for my son that cost over 500 and I only paid 16 payment. I work too hard to be disrespected and I won’t be back to this optical location.

Writing to review light adjustable lens cataract surgery. My experience was very positive. This new technique provides better vision options than more traditional lenses and the experience at Cleveland Eye Clinic was excellent. In particular, Dr Karpuk was outstanding in her approach, attention to the patients goals along with a very thorough effort to ensure my surgery and treatments resulted in the best vision possible. Had the SMILE procedure done about 3 months ago. My prescription before surgery was about -8.5. My vision 3 months after surgery in both eyes is now 20/12. Couldn't be happier with the results. The staff was always very pleasant and helpful. I'd highly recommend this procedure and clinic to anyone.

Dr. Wiley did my CXL for keratoconus back in 2014, so when I needed cataract surgery for both eyes, I knew where to go. I had light adjustable lenses placed in both eyes and I could not be happier with my vision. I can now see better than I have in 20 years. Dr. Wiley is by far the best eye surgeon i have been to and that is saying a lot! The staff is great and they make you feel at home. Dr. Ling and the nurse that does my light treatment are the best! Highly recommended anything Dr. Wiley does. I can now see my kids grow up in a totally different way and it is for the better. Much love and respect to all of you at Cleveland Eye.

Love the Cleveland Eye Clinic. All the doctors and start are wonderful and they always spend plenty of time with their patients. There is no place better for eye care!
