Don’t go to this place people are not clean and doctor touching his mask and touching his clothes same like nurse they dirty. I had to tell nurse to wear new gloves cz she kept touching everything including her clothes.

Would give a zero if I could. I have been to this ER twice in the past year, each time with a different elderly neighbor. The staff seemed pleasant enough. The doc barely touched the affected shoulder today to evaluate. Likely no knowledge of orthopedics. Both times the place seemed empty, however, it took an hour or so to get an X-ray, and then many hours to get a report on the X-ray. Unfortunately, on the second visit, the X-ray had to be retaken and the waiting began again. In all that time, not one person popped their head in to check on the patient. No call button given to these “high fall risk” patients. I Could go on. I will definitely steer a neighbor across the street to UH ER if we are in need of ER services again.

would give zero if I could... This is a common thing around this area, sadly, but if you are a person of color, go somewhere else. my significant other was racially profiled when visiting for a small shoulder injury. he was given an HPV test, they told him the reason was for covid precautions????? he was greatly mistreated by staff. they never looked him in the eye, and there were barely any cars there and it took over an hour to get x-ray results. the doctor told him he simply did not see anything broken and did not know what was wrong with it... WASTE OF TIME. take your loved ones elsewhere.

Bungled my culture. Never got processed. Three weeks later, waiting outside ER for someone I drove here when almost no other visitors making us wait and wait. Only reason was to rule out heart attack symptom and they didn't do EKG. Rude nurse. One visitor was allowed in through ER without mask though required by hospital and County/State.
