Really charming vision office with friendly and professional staff. There's a certain charm and level of personable care that comes from a small business (I, myself, am one) and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a vision office. Process was quick, easy and staff creates a safe and clean environment due to Covid. Highly recommend!

I have been going to Dr. Ravagnani for years. He is personable, relaxing and thorough. The practice is well run. Staff always explore the best options for me based on my insurance plan. There is a nice selection of stylish frames and staff has helped guide me toward some more fashion forward choices. I get a lot of compliments on my glasses.

Have gone to this office for 30 years, first when it was Dr Evert, and then Dr Ravagnani. And I am sad to say I will not be returning. The office help has so deterred me from ever using this office. If my daughter heard one more time that she had such a strong prescription and basically should be self conscious of the thickness of her lenses, and that Brecksville people don't like people don't like pink, so they're weren't many options( sorry we aren't high class enough). We like pink. Their prices are high, for contacts, should have ordered them online for half the price. Glasses they wanted to sell were about double too. And then my younger daughter wanted to try contacts. She preceded to cut off Dr Ravagnani ,to make sure we knew we had to pay for training and take an hour for contact training. Came for that appointment, albeit late, but we weren't even scheduled to see the Dr. Which they then said we needed to do. Yeah we won't be returning to this office. , Sad after 30 years but I guess he's not the only fish in the sea.
