Sign up with this company if you want horrible customer service and a 1000 per month car payment. No seriously. I'm not joking. Don't fool yourself into doing this. Seriously. Have more self respect and listen to what I'm saying. Don't do it.

Since this information is not available here, I'll add it in: Breeze office is located on the 6th floor, suite 660. Don't try calling because they will never answer. The entrance to the building is on the back of 11400 W Olympic Blvd on Purdue Ave. I wasted my afternoon trying to find it. When I asked other workers in the building where the Breeze office was located, they claimed they never heard of Breeze. Other than the secrecy of this location, Breeze offers a great program that only people with HORRIBLE credit should take advantage of due to the price.

For the most part the people were nice but the lease was too high priced. Very hard to reach on the phone. I am not happy giving them.a one as personally I liked the people but office was in a very congested area poor parking way to high priced. Pay you get for driving for Uber is horrid. Worst 3 and a half months I experienced. West LA is a miserable place to have to go.

My experience with Breeze has not been great. Poor accounting records, transferred account to some company in Texas Innovate who does not send out written correspondence preventing any potential lawsuits. 1000 month is far to much to pay for a leased vehicle. They are not the most honest individuals. Will take or instruct Innovate to take money out of your account even though that account is not on file with them. What they do is once you make a one time payment they copy your credit card information to make future payments without your authorization. Shame on them. I initially thought they were a Great Organization. However, after creating a business relationship which includes adsorbent fees to say the least...t they are not RIGHT...DRIVEN BY GREED, and VERY DISHONEST in business practices. LESSON LEARNED

It is not a company I recommend. They say they care and they are people but when u need them to call u back they don't. They also saved my credit card info after I deleted it and used. Which is unethical and crooked. Also they charge you new prices for a used car.

I was told because I am am already existing Uber driver that my processing should be fast, but soon after payment, almost a week now, I can't get anyone on the phone. I scheduled a call and never got a call, this is the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I already work for Uber I just want a cheaper weekly payment, what's taaking so long. I'm pretty sure they make money off running backgrounds and that's all they care about , Tim, told me don't worry well have you in a car in 3 days, its about to be a week!!! And I haven't heard from anyone, I just want to work please

DO NOT WORK WITH BREEZE!!!! Horrible place. Terrible communication, they limit your weekly miles & over charge you if you go over them. You can't make bcz it goes to them & they take their fees from your earnings most of the fees haven't been discussed. They keep card info & use it even if you delete them. They want your earnings deposited into their bank & then they give you so I uploaded my own account & then they tried to take from my bank! I had to tell my bank not to allow Breeze to take from my account. They say you can return the car after 2 weeks but ONLY after you've had the lease for a month or so. Plus the car has to pass an inspection from a mechanic that works for them & if it doesnt you can't return the car until whatever repairs they claim are made! Even if the car came in that condition. They literally trap you into their scam for 2-3 months charging you 200 a week! Even if you account is empty or They say they won't, cone Wednesday your account will be charged 200 whatever fees They made up. Bastards overdrafted my account almost 700 one week in made up fees! They don't keep good records & they don't care about anything but the next . I'm shocked they've been in business so long. PLEASE DON'T WORK FOR BREEZE.

This place sucks because they are killing what you earn driving for Uber/Lyft! They say they will pay to fix anything on the car but once the car reaches two years old and Toyota stops doing free oil changes, Breeze sends you a letter that you are now responsible to do all maintenance! I drove 1500 miles a week for Uber/Lyft which ended up costing 300 a week.
