We’ve lived in our current house for 5 1/2 years. Dana’s had installed our furnace before we bought the house so we automatically went with them to maintain it. They also installed central AC for us about 5 years ago. They are always professional and friendly. Today, Scott installed a whole house air filtration system and answered every single question we had. He was friendly and knowledgeable and the whole experience was a breeze. We’re so grateful to have Dana’s here locally. They’re wonderful!

I called Dana’s to take a look at my heat pump after I discovered that the fan was not running. Turned out that the capacitor needed replacing and the system was overdue for general maintenance. The entire experience was great and far exceeded my expectations. From the initial call with Brianna to the service visit with Mike, the level of professionalism that they demonstrated made both my husband and I understand why Dana’s Heating and Cooling is so highly rated. I wish all of the service providers that we work with were as professional as Dana’s. I highly recommend!

Brian was awesome. He sent a picture via text along with a heads up that he was about 1/2 hour away. Professional, knowledgeable, honest, polite, and apologetic for being the bearer of bad news.. . cracked heat exchanger. Time to replace the old furnace. Explained everything well. Feel very comfortable with this business.

Our furnace broke down on the coldest day of 2021 so far. I called Dana's at 7:45am and spoke with a pleasant receptionist who arranged for a furnace repairman to come out to our home that same morning. The repairman, Brian, arrived at 11:00am and quickly identified the problem which he immediately fixed and we had an functioning furnace and a warm house again. Brian was very polite and professional in explaining and fixing the problem and I wouldn't hesitate to call Dana's again if I need to have the furnace repaired.
