When my child was first referred to HRC for an evaluation for a Speech Delay I was confident from interactions with the office staff that this would be the center for us. Quickly extreme lack of communication became the number one issue. I'm extremely frustrated I put so much faith in a center that had been recommended by friends and our pediatrician, only for my daughter to still not have been seen eight months later despite two referrals and dozens of calls. I can't believe I wasted eight months of my kids life thinking this was a normal wait time for therapy. If it had been communicated that schedules were packed, I would have happily found another center MONTHS ago. I hope we're just a family that fell through the cracks, but I extremely doubt we're the only family who were just not communicated with. Not what I'd ever want in a specialist. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because of lessons learned.
