I brought a bike here for assembly. They were already busy but made room to help us out. The job was completed at an expert level and in a very thoughtful manner. I went in to get a new vehicle key made and both keys I were given didn’t work. I was told it was my fault for giving incorrect key code when key code was in fact correct. Was told to look up on YouTube to remove trunk lock of car even though I was going through this extra ordeal due to their negligence. Still haven’t received my refund either. Awful business.
Nobody at the shop told me when I paid over 100 for a new car key that it probably wouldn’t work. That was the way they acted today when I took it back. They said it’s a Honda problem.........Really disappointed. They might be fine with bikes but don’t trust them for car keys.
