Though my wife was not there for a lengthy stay my daughter and I found this facility to be amazing. It is not only very well maintained but we found the staff to be absolutely wonderful, each and every one of them. The care feels like family is giving it. I have seen other facilities where the care is adequate but the Arbor far exceeds that. Special thanks to Donna for all of her care and patience helping us.

The building is immaculate! Just a spectacularly designed and decorated place to live - I wish I was moving in! The staff is SUPER friendly and attentive. You can tell they really care about the people they serve.

Our Aunt is there. We have her on a waiting list because they are letting people in without being prescreened for covid. The head nurse our Aunt has stated smells of alcohol. Her food is cold and she is frightened.

I feel so lucky that my mother lives at The Arbor. It is new and looks fabulous. Having eaten there several times, I can say the food is good with a well thought out menu. The building smells good and my mother enjoys the protected courtyard. But the really best bit is their staff. They have all been wonderful - professional, very caring and always willing to help and do that little bit extra. In addition, the enrichment activities are providing better socialising and mental stimulation then our last care experience.

Nothing but praise for the entire staff. They have been attentive, helpful, and loving at every turn during this challenging time for our family. And the facilities are brand-spanking new and wonderful. Too cold now, but the interior courtyard should be a good place for Dad to get out in the fresh air when it gets a bit warmer. Dad is now referring to his room as \my apartment\, a wonderful sign that he feels very much at home.
