Was charged for the maximum time (15) despite pressing the “Stop at minimum” (2) button several times Edit: credit cards are pre-authorized for the maximum and settle in 2-3 days to the actual charge. It’s a good car wash
This car wash is top notch! Facilities are always in perfect working order and very clean. Gets my Jeep nice and shiny every time.
I used the vacuum and had great suction power to get the spilt item off my passenger seat and trunk
This self-serve car wash station is clean, well attended, a great value, and had great customer service! When I used a credit card to pay for my wash, to my dismay I received a notification on my phone that I had been charged 15.00 for just a few minutes of wash time. I had run my card twice so it was a 30 wash in total. However, I was able to contact the very helpful owner of the wash station and they were able to assure me that my totals were much lower and appropriate for the time I had washed. Be aware that the system the card readers work on have to do a \pre-authorization\ before charging you the correct amount, which is why it appeared as 15 for 24 hours after of the wash, and later appeared as the correct amount. I will return here every time we need a clean!
