This place was horrible. I went to go get alterations on my dress and the day I was meant to pick it up , they told me “I forgot it was friday” and then told me to come back in a couple of hours to pick it up, she then called me and said “ hey I’m going home , you can come tomorrow , we open at 10” I’ve been waiting for an hour now and she is still not here .
Do not go to this store. Horrible customer service and very unorganized. It’s overpriced and they are not puntual when they said clothes will be ready on due date. They gave me the dress 3 days after the due date and the day I went to pick it up I had to wait an extra hour because they still didn’t have it ready. In all honesty I was not satisfied with their job.
PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! The most unprofessional people I have ever meet in my entire life. I go there 4 months before my wedding day for my bridesmaids dresses. What a waste of my life. She gave them to me three days before. She lied to me multiple times about when the dresses were going to b ready. Plus it's so expensive. I decided to get my groomsmen suits here and the worst decision ever the cheapest type of clothing. She did not want to receive them early to do their measurements and then said that we are the people who are irresponsible. WHAT! ARE YOU SERIOUS . We are the customers we are giving you business and that is the way you treat your customers. Just do to a different place believe it will save you a lot of time.
I lived in Brentwood most of my life...was looking for a seamstress/tailor to make a blanket out of my grandfather's pajamas I had kept after he passed away...I tried a few in my area and had no luck with someone wanting to take on the project...Till I found Miriam... right down the block from where I live... Miriam was not only ready to help me...she made time on such short notice to have it ready for Christmas to give to my mom...She is very professional and talented...all around a great woman to do business with..I will be recommending her to all friends and family... thank you Miriam for making this Christmas special...
