I've been here several times to buy and sell and have no complaints. The ladies are always exceptionally kind, they tell you about offers and are helpful. Good selection of designers and sizes at very reasonable prices.

I'm a frequent shopper at the Vault. I have found so many great items that I could otherwise not have afforded. The selection is always interesting, always different, and always fun. I love the staff too. They are welcoming and friendly and seem to love what they are doing.

I recently visited The Vault Luxury Resale while on a business trip to St. Louis. I was so impressed with this store. The store is ultra-modern, sleek and really clean! The staff was incredibly friendly and I thought they were super stylish so I was happy to take their fashion advice. I've shopped Resale before and I can honestly say that their prices are very competitive and I found them lower than the national online businesses I shop. While I was there a woman from Chicago, IL came in and she said she shops here every time she comes to town (she bought a Louis that was a a great price and she came in to buy a watch.) I witnessed several customers come in to bring their items in to sell and they all seemed really happy and pleased. I got to meet the owner (a Mom and her two daughters) and it seems like they put customer service as a top priority, so I felt really comfortable and confident buying here. Also - I found out they used to have a TV show! Resale Royalty. I highly recommend this store based on my personal experience and I was excited to learn they have a website and ship all over, so I can buy from them year round, even when I'm not in St. Louis.

I hope this is not a result of COVID, but this is not a high-end luxury boutique. I brought a bin full of authentic designer clothes and shoes and they didn’t offer to purchase one item. The rationale was that “people would need special bras for some of the dresses and tops” and “no one is wearing heels right now”. I honestly do not think they have the cash to purchase anything of luxury. I shopped while they were decided on my items and say nothing of substantial value. They are really not much of a step up from Platos Closet!

A True Gem!! The Vault Luxury resale is a true Gem! I have loved resale my entire life. I’ve been to resale stores all over and they are the “best of the best”, right here in Saint Louis, Missouri! They have everything from J Crew, Free People to Fendi, Cartier, Gucci, Chanel & Hermès! I travel to NYC about 4 times a year and it’s hard for me to buy resale there anymore because their prices are at least 30% more, when I can get the same items here in my own hometown. Last week I scored a Canada Goose coat for 500!!! I could not be more excited. I’m going to Breckenridge in two weeks That coat is selling right now for 1000! If you have not tried resale, you are missing out! They even have Men’s items (my husband is not that fashionable though) Lol! He is happy with Kohl’s and that works for me because more money I can spend at The Vault Luxury Resale for myself!
