The condo in PW2 was beautiful! However I don't feel they were ready for our arrival. We had to move furniture to plug in all of the TV, lamps, clocks. None of the TV worked and had to have maintenance fix. Also 3 of the 4 bedroom blinds were broken and had to be fixed. The ice maker did not have a filter and would not work until they put one in. But greatest frustration was our bed was so broken we couldn't sleep in it until they rebuilt it.

Terrible customer service. Reservation is terrible, front desk act like it's his first day, security said it was his first day no training. But after we got into new room it was great view, was great, room is clean.

Decent condo, great location. The service was good, condo needs a few items to be attended to. Beautiful view, loved the gulf.

This is my first time staying with Brett Robinson at island winds east and I can assure you I will not be back. Due to damage from sally my husband daughter and I decided to stay here for 2 months until our apartment is repaired from the storms.. we arrived on nov 1st and have had problem after problem since we have been here. I have called maintenance just about every day. the hot water heater doesn’t stay hot but for like 2 minutes they came and replaced it after sending 3 different technicians and 2 plumbers out and it’s still the same. The balcony door doesn’t slide open easy at all I’ve called about it several times and it’s right back hard to open the next Morning. The very first day I called about the refrigerator one of the shelves has to be replaced they told me they had to order the part 4 weeks later it’s still not fixed.. the guest bedroom paint is coming off the wall and the curtains are just glued up there. I am very dissatisfied and discussed at this point I haven’t bothered calling maintenance anymore. This place is just cheaply put together and half way cleaned up for the next customer to come. and the managers haven’t been any help at all. one of them was rude to me.. at one point they said they could move me to another unit and I never heard anything back. I’m paying almost 3,000 to stay here and it’s not worth it at all. Every time I try and call to talk to someone higher up I can’t get through or no one calls me back. We use to vacation here every year before we moved here and have NEVER had any of these problems. I will not be staying with Brett Robinson ever again!

We always enjoy staying at the Phoenix condos. Our stay last week at Phoenix VII was good except that when we arrived the patio furniture was still in the condo so we had to wait until it was removed. The day we checked out we were locked out of our unit at 10 am before we had removed all our belongings. With both instances the front desk staff didn’t seem to know who to contact to get the furniture moved and with the lockout that person did not have a clue about where to find a passcode to let us back in. We received no apology for the last instance. I believe staff could definitely use more training.
