We were on vacation and our axle broke on our camper in Rogers City. We are from the south west corner of the state, and we were stranded. Multiple people recommended that we come to you to get new axles for our camper. Your sales team was friendly enough when we arrived, but once they realized that we weren’t in the market for a camper or any easy parts that you had in stock, they weren’t willing to work with us. My husband and I were well aware that with as old as our camper was, we probably weren’t going to find the same axle. We weren’t trying to match an axle. We were willing to buy two new axles, and even wait a few days if we had to. Your salesman quickly flipped through the book and told us that he couldn’t find any axles. My husband and I both watched him flip past the axle section. He clearly did not want to help us or want our business. Hopefully they don’t treat other customers like this. **EDIT** I should add that we didn’t even have the camper with us, and did not expect them to do the work. We had cut the broken axle off of our camper to bring in for measurement/to try and get an accurate measurement on. Our camper was in a parking lot in Rogers City and we were going to do the work ourselves and explained that to the salesman. All we needed were the axles so that we could put them on ourselves, which is exactly what we did after we had our camper towed across the state back to our house.
