First thy our salesman Dan, was pretty decent walked us through the process and we ordered a home with one modification and then after several weeks of not hearing from him and him not responding to calls and emails , i finally got frustrated and call the office and started speaking to another sales person who explained that Dan no longer worked there. I asked why no one reached out to me to let me know, I mean the deal was in the works. Well after that dust settled we continued with the deal only to have the on modification we asked for not done. Dan sold us on this home because of the things he said they would do. With the new person all we got is he should not have told you that. But the fact is we had it all in a signed sales agreement. Now we are stuck with a home that was not built to the way we wanted it. And of course they could careless about making it right. Would I recommend them, not even if they were the only dealer in the world. This was the worst experience ever.

G and I was great to work with. Any bumps in the road were well handled and quickly. Jim Bushey is very professional and honest. Everything Jim said he would take care of was done and done well. The home is beautiful and the setup teams were great. The whole process was made easy from start to finish and Jim handled any surprises along the way perfectly. G and I handled all the sub work, from the driveway and pad to the well and septic. The stress of a new build was greatly reduced by working with G and I Homes. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking and I would certainly work with them again.

New home was purchased and installed. Sales and design was performed by Caitlin Noonan. She was excellent. Very professional. Installation was performed by a very qualified staff. Bob and Dave Bushey and their crews were the best. We are so happy we chose G&I Homes. All of the owners and staff were absolutely the best. From preparing the site to finishing the inside of the mating walls it was very professional. We have only (2) small inside items that need addressing and the parts are ordered and will be installed. This is a 5 star company and I would recommend them to everyone. To the Bushey family, Caitlin, G&I Homes, Clayton Homes and Champion Homes and all the workers who made this happen.
