We have not rented tools from here but we do rent the trucks from them when we are doing a big job. Overall we are generally happy. The Trucks are clean and well maintained. They usually have a nice selection of different styles depending what you need it for. The quality of tools in the tool rental area carry some look like they are taken care of and some look like the were abused. They tend to sell equipment that has been used as rentals and sometimes you can get a good deal on some used equipment.
