We rented a unit while we fished at Panguitch Lake. Fishing was good but the unit has some faults. My group are all 70 plus years old. We were greeted with the view of 17 steps to the first floor and up further were 16 more to the bedroom level. For those sleeping on the top level there were 54 steps. The lower bedrooms one with a king and one with a queen bed had a full bath. There is a strange room with a desk on a platform and a big shower with no privacy door. The two upper bedrooms had twin beds and 4 up and down bunks. The lower bunks seemed to be double size. this calculated out to be a potential 8 people sharing 1 bath which was not very spacious. There were minor problems with missing screens and broken handles on the casement windows. The unit is up for sale.
