Came in on the same day and fixed my washing machine. As a family of 4, the washing machine is very important so they were life savers! Highly recommended. Brian was very efficient and communicated well with me. Fast friendly service and very responsive by phone. Brian was knowledgeable and made sure the job was done right. Will definitely call them again the next time I need help!

I will be recommending his company to friends and family in the area!!!! Brian came to our rescue this last Friday, on 1/11/2019! Our Washer was not starting. Luckily he was able to order us the Control Panel for our unit! We offered to pay extra for over night shipping, so he could install the new part on the following Monday! I received a call that Monday morning, and he was able to fit us in that evening! The washer is now working great!

We had bought a brand new oven, that seemed to go down hill as soon as we plugged it in. Called Brian's office, and was set for an appointment the next day. Parts came in within about 3 days, and we were set for another appointment. Upon the final repair, we asked for Brian to take a peek at our microwave, and dryer! After some adjustments, knowledge, and extra information, all were repaired. Very pleased that he was willing to take a look at our additional appliances while being there! Thanks man!

Set up an appointment with them and the lady was very friendly and seemed nice. The reason they are only getting 2 stars right now is because they called 1 hour before the appointment and said Brian was sick but rescheduled for the same time the next day. I waited at home for a majority of the day today and no call, no show. This is the 3rd time THIS WEEK that a repair man said they were coming to fix my dryer and then they didn’t show up. So as you can see I am very frustrated. A call would of been nice. Wasted most of my Saturday.
