I give them 5 star rating because they are the most helpful when buying shelving. They understand what your looking for and offer great options for All needs. I’ve gotten permanent shelving by them as well as more mobile temporary shelving and they targeted my need each time. And besides that the customer service is outstanding they are there for you until the shelving is completely installed.

Bought excellent condition used shelving from east coast for what I think is good price. quick and easy transaction. All shelving components were down and banded neatly and very easy to install. They were what was advertised so I'm very happy. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for some good used shelving or racking.
Found pallet racking that I was looking for on their website. Paid for the material and also delivery and installation. It delivered as promised and the installation went extremely well and am happy with the finished product. Very impressed and will be back for any other pallet racking needs we have.
Had to cancel an order and they only want to refund 50% of what we paid up front! Beware of this company!!! Not even sure they had what they said they were selling us. After months of trying to get information and with them in possession of our full payment we are heading to court.
When you purchase used rack from a supplier that has five stars from all reviewers, and you receive a pile of garbage (not only garbage, but the wrong garbage), then you go back and look at the reviews again, and you suddenly realize that all the reviewers reviewed the business at the same point in time, and that all the reviewers are one-time reviewers, and then you start to hum the tune \Things that make you go Hmmmm...\ Hmmmm...
