how does this place have so many good reviews? they don't answer AT ALL. been calling for over an hour with no answer... then when i finally got an answer, was put on hold and they forgot i was there and hung up on me. called back three times after that, no answer. how is this excellent service? this is not somewhere i would trust my phone and money with sorry.

Hi. I had a very good experience at Batteries Plus Bulbs. I brought in my son's smashed iPhone 6 plus, which also was in need of a new battery. They were able to replace the screen and battery and the price was very good. It was completed in an hour and a half. Very convenient too!!
Lost the cover to my iPhone 7 over the weekend. Got out of the car today and the phone hit the pavement cracking the screen. I went in the house, made my appointment online (for which I received a 10 off coupon). Had my phone back in 1.25 hrs! Great job and the young man working there was very pleasant.
