Very nice people and good equipment. However, masks are not enforced at all, which makes it tough to work out during these difficult times.

They are always very professional and helpful. They offer several classes for whatever you are looking for. Our son takes Karate there. Very clean business.

By far the best gym in Denton. Always a high energy class going on. Best machines, and best variety of machines, and plenty of machines. Most free weights in Denton. Room to use the floor a little bit, and on the lake track. Friendly staff that does not interfere at all. Plenty of trainers. Temperature is well regulated.
