Joe was a pleasure to work with. From the initial phone call to the actual move, everything was as smooth as could be. He offers a great value and does quality work. His guys showed up on time and were very efficient. Adam was also great and made sure him and his guys took great care with my things as if they were moving their own stuff. I will definitely call Brickhouse again if I need to move anything and I am recommending them to all my friends and family.

While the move was fine and everyone worked very hard (to each I gave a 100 tip), the truck backed on to a neighbor's driveway, destroying and crumbling the river rock base. The neighbor came out, aghast, and Joe, the owner, said that he would make sure to repair and make good on the damage. We all believed him. I have sent countless texts and made phone calls saying that they were very old (husband with Alzehimers and wife almost blind) and that he needed to fix the problem as weeds were now growing there and not only did the river rock need to be replaced, but someone needed to spread it as they could not do it. I was moved on March 27th and since then, nothing!! The neighbors had to get it done and pay for it (they are on a small fixed budget). And, for a lousy 300! I sent the receipt to Joe and told him that we would file in small claims' court if he did not reimburse them. He did not respond, so I am filing in small claims' court on their behalf. He promised, and he has insurance. He also has a volatile temper! I will never use them again nor recommend them, which I have done in the past.

Joe gave a very fair quote for my move and I decided to use his company. His movers were on time and very professional. Joe confirmed the day before the move and the movers confirmed that day when they were almost there. The gentlemen moving my belongings were not what you would typically expect. They were very professional and very careful with my belongings. Real nice guys doing a great job and taking pride in their work. They went above and beyond and even wrapped some items in moving blankets that I would not normally have expected a moving company to do. I actually got to meet Joe too as he was in the area to do another quote. A very nice gentlemen. Hopefully those folks did the right thing and went with him. His movers arrived at my new place an hour away just after I did and again did a super job bringing everything in. They were so careful at both places not to cause damage and didn't make a loud scene that would disturb others. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend this company and I thank Joe and his crew for a job well done!!

A great company to deal with. On time, confirmed via phone call they were on their way. It was a very hot day and still the did not dally. Got my parent moved to assisted living in record time, much appreciated.
