I loved my experience dress shopping here. It was the first time I went dress shopping and after trying on 4 dresses I found the one. I told them my budget was up to 1000 and they had tons of dresses off the rack for under 1000 to look into. I was never offered any our of my budget. The lady that helped me (Trish) was super sweet, really helpful and not pushy at all. She was genuinely crying with us when I found the dress!! They also have a lady that does the tailoring, I haven't done this yet but the estimate was pretty affordable. I would highly recommend! In covid season I made an appointment and 2 people are allowed to go with the bride. The whole shop was empty just for us most of the time so it was really safe! I lost track of time but I think we were there close to 2h. I left with my dress on hand supper happy!

Worst service ever, and very rude. The sales associate who’s name was not given followed us around the store staring, while we looked at dresses an informed the bride she only had a small selection of her size (4 dresses). The bride asked to try on a dress and was not allowed because her budget was only 500 and “her” as in the associate says “her” dresses were way more in price.
