We had a very positive experience using Brideside for our October 2017 wedding. I wanted to have my girls in matching dresses with different necklines and our stylist, Beth, helped us pick out a few options that complimented each other and looked great next to my bridal gown. We ordered the dresses from Chicago, Washington DC, and Boston, and they were all delivered with plenty of time to spare and without any problems! The website was very helpful too because it showed me who picked which dresses, and kept me updated on the status of everyone's orders. The dresses were affordable, compared to other places, and they all looked great at the wedding! I highly recommend Brideside, especially for wedding parties that are spread out over the country. If possible, though, I recommend going into one of their salons for an in-person appointment because we found that it was very helpful to see a few of the dress options up close, compare colors and cuts, and narrow our list down to a handful of dresses that the girls could then choose from. Thanks for all your help, Brideside!

Kelsey was incredibly helpful and patient while we tried on a variety of dresses. She was very knowledgeable and made the process streamlined and stress free. She's very friendly and we felt really comfortable around her. The dresses were of good quality and there was a decent selection to choose from. They are much better priced than some of the other stores in the mall. I will say that they all LOOK like run-of-the-mill typical bridesmaid dresses, but that's the point of it I guess. Their online store is also easy to browse to get an idea ahead of time.

Kelsey was so incredibly helpful throughout the whole process of choosing bridesmaids dresses! I worked with her over a series of months to choose dresses and she was very responsive over email and wonderful in person too. I would definitely recommend using Brideside for anyone looking for bridesmaids dresses and also highly recommend Kelsey! She made the process stress free and easy.

This was our favorite bridesmaid stop. For comparison, we have been to David’s Bridal, which is basically a free-for-all that can leave you drowning in dresses for hours, and Nordstrom, where the available bridesmaid dresses are a mystery. This “pop up” like shop is located in the dress section of Lord & Taylor. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and answered all sorts of questions from the dress styles to make up suggestions. We were limited to certain dresses because of a short turn around, which she made sure to tell us right away and showed us which styles and colors we could get on our timeline. She was able to pull a variety of dresses and helped us envision color by showing us some pictures from the website in the style we all liked. She was easy-going and not overly pushy, but at the same time knowledgeable and direct. The area was clean and prettily decorated, and even though it was in the department store, it felt very private. The bride was still wrestling with color options afterwards, and they let us stop by again to look at the colors and talk it over. My only complaint is that after taking off one of the dresses I noticed it had a large dried blood stain in the back, which just even though it was clearly old, didn’t seem too sanitary. Also, although I received confirmation for an 11:30 am appointment, I also received several appointments for 10:00 am and had to call to clarify which was correct.

Kelsey failed to communicate with me directly as a bridesmaid. She allowed someone else to have authorization to make business transactions with my bank card. I do not trust Kelsey, since she did not make a wise decision in contacting me first as the owner of the card. I would be careful ordering from Kelsey and this company. Looks like FRAUD. BEWARE!
