Frontier is a horrible service provider. Customer service is awful, on the phone for over 1 hour with no resolution. Cancelling my service, and will never use them again. Don't waste your time or money with this company.

Horrible service went without internet for 2 weeks never sent a tech came on for 4 days went out again the hotline representatives are a joke horrible if was to to recommend them I wouldn't go to shentell or even Hughes net. For that matter

Considerably better customer service then my previous provider. Sacrificed a little service for It but we’re more professional and willing to work with me as a customer. CN didn’t deserve my service Frontier does

I have been trying to get a tech out to set up my internet for an entire week. I am almost at three missed tech appointments. I've spent hours on the phone with customer service and still no one has come out to set up my service. This is no way to conduct a business and it is completely unacceptable. Customer support has been nice enough to basically give me two free months of internet service. The o ly problem is that I STILL DONT HAVE THE SERVICE. If I had more options in my area, I would never choose Frontier.

You guys are the worst internet company to deal with.When I have a problem which is pretty much most of the time.I cannot get through to anyone.I get transferred to someone else when I get to talk to a person and then they transfer me to someone else and then I get disconnected.People tried to warn me about you guys and I which I would have listened.I recommend you guys get customer service reps that know what they are doing also.I can talk to 3 different people and never get the same answer...All I get is, "I'm so sorry".Too much aggravation to deal with.....Not worth my money or time!
