Clean facility, knowledgeable staff, and authentic vibe. If you want to learn BJJ or ditch your old boring workout that you can never stick to, this is the place to be! Training here has helped me gain stamina, strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility.

Been training here for the past 2 years and there doesn't exist a better environment in Connecticut. From the high level training partners, all of whom always do extraordinarily well at competitions, to the joking and easy going nature of everyone there...this gym is a true hidden gem. All are treated with respect and equals regardless of rank. Very hygienic mats, bathrooms, and locker rooms. Flexible Schedules. Phenomenal and very detail oriented instructors who are present day in and day out. There isn't a better choice for your grappling needs. Come join the family!

The instructors and facility are wonderful, but the program structure is not friendly to newcomers. It really doesn't work unless you live in the area and can get there 5 days. My kids ended up not loving it because they miss the fun and games they had at other martial arts programs (this program focuses more on technique, practice and instruction). We had our free trial week, then after 2 weeks of membership we had to break the contract. We ended up spending 250 total and we only went to 5 classes! That's 50 per class for what ended up being just one of our kids because the other one refused. Just doesn't seem right to have to be locked into a contract without really knowing if it's a fit.
