Josh was super helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating! I asked if they could potentially do curbside (currently not offered) and he went out of his way to not only help me with what I needed but also do curbside given my situation. Amazing customer service!

My husband and I stopped here quick to enjoy the video booth (we like a little adventure every once in a while) - Josh was incredibly rude and condescending. He said \only one person per booth don't make me have to come back there and get you\ and continued to repeat the time constraints when we had already acknowledged that we both understood and had paid our admission fee. He stated that no one respects him or listens to what he says when my husband asked him why he continues to repeat himself. I don't know who o one\ is but we were just customers trying to have a little adventure and taking our money to an establishment that is supposed to make us feel respected. Too many people are made to feel judged and belittled at places like this and the people who work there should be the last to cause this. Josh is obviously a gay man and I'm sure he's been judged and doesn't like it. He should not have made my husband and I feel that way.
Very nice and clean. As soon as I walked in my experience was great. My boy JOSH definitely filled me on what's hot. He made great recommendations and accomadated me with great knowledge and product awareness. We talked about what my wifef and I wanted to accomplish and he was spit firing and showing me in detail what products to purchase. Great guy. Recommendation is 1000% fantastic. They also have this neat little arcade room and I want to stress on how clean it is inside. Thanks Josh you are great at what you do. I'm sure I will be back. Franklin
I had been to previous stores and was never really comfortable buying anything there. This time was much different. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by 2 employees and they helped me choose a toy along with lube and cleaner. They were very knowledgeable about their products and had no problems answering questions and recommendations. Professional, great customer service and will definitely be back again.
The employees are nice and well versed in the products that they carry. I had some issues with picking out the right lube and they were able to help me find the perfect one for me and my girlfriend. Romantix will definitely be my go to shop for anymore things I need in the bedroom! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!
