We worked with Kevin the store manager on picking out our laptop he was very knowledgeable and detailed with the information he gave us on picking out the laptop. They didn't have the one that we wanted in store but he gave us the info to another office depot that had it. Thanks for your help

I have been having an issue with my laptop that I have been trying to fix on my own for a month. I called today and spoke with the tech there and he walk me through the problem within five minutes. I am so happy to know that there are very nice and knowledgeable people at that location. I am a fan just off the great customer service alone.

The service was fantastic. I went in to ask a about trouble with my computer, and left with a free diagnostic. The customer service representative was kind, patient, and let me explain my issues. While the prices were reasonable. My only issue, was I had to wait longer than preferred to be served.
