I cannot say enough good things about this company. They turned a stressful situation into an easy-to-fix solution. We found out we had asbestos tiles only weeks after we closed on our house. Camil was extremely helpful in describing the process of removal and gave us options without pushing services on us. He continued to answer questions and always made himself available. The office staff (Tonia and Jenny) were willing to work with us on payment and timing since we were not expecting to have such a large expense right after closing. And Eric and his team (abatement team) showed up early, explained everything to us and went above and beyond to take pictures of everything throughout the process as we requested. We suspect there is more asbestos in other areas of the home and we will definitely be using this company for those services as well.
Kareem and his team were excellent at removing asbestos wrap from our pipes in our 100 year old Chicago 2 flat. Appreciate them coordinating the permit and air quality check. Passed the air quality check with no issues. Highly recommend Bluestone for any asbestos removal you may need done.
