TFM Service Solutions was sent out by the Fitness Store to fix a clicking noise that our new Precor Elliptical was making. The technician, John, was punctual, professional and replaced a flywheel that he believed was the culprit. After a short period of time the noise returned and I scheduled a second repair appointment. John came prepared and replaced the flywheel again with a new part and also adjusted the belts. He was patient in explaining what work he was performing and the issues with particular parts. The problem is now resolved and we are very happy with our Precor, and if we need service on it in the future we will look no further than TFM Service Solutions. Thank you!

Spent 150 to come out and tell me my 3 year old Hayward heater was shot. Spent 10 mins looking at the heater and said he didn’t think it would be worth the 650 to fix it. When I pressed about getting it fixed he again said buying a new 1000 heater was a better option. I already spent 150 into this so the 650 wasn’t sounding as bad compared to 1000 new heater that I would now have to pay someone to install. I’m thinking this had more to do with it being 6:30PM on a Friday than actually giving me options. Would STRONGLY not recommend them unless you would like to burn 150 for no options.
