Do not come here. It’s impossible to contact them. Tried to call them every day for over a week. Noone answered. Left several voicemails even drove there to talk to them but they said doctor would call me back. They never did. Horrible office. I’m gonna have to find a new place for my daughter.

I genuinely feel bad writing this review for a healthcare provider, especially in the light of all that they do and have been doing in these insane times. I had set up an appointment for my 5 year old at the recommendation of a friend. The doctor was ok but the staff was not !! I have never seen more rude and curt behavior that too at a caregiver/doctors office treating children. I felt rushed and very uncomfortable by the behavior of the person who checked us in. She had to put drops in my kids eyes but she did that in the most horrible way. 5 year olds are smart enough, i tried to talk to my daughter about the drops but I kept hearing this persistent voice telling me you gotta hold her you gotta hold her as if an extra minute would completely mess things up. Over all not a good experience. Not going back and definitely not recommending it.

Great place to be if you have problems with your eye. I had a astigmatism in my left eye when I was about 4 or 5 years old. Dr. Engel changed everything for me. He did these really fun tests with the glasses. They would have stuffed animals in boxes and they would move. He changed my life. Now my left eye is now fully better. Thank you Dr. Engel for changing my life.

Dr.Engel is amazing, he really loves children and it’s passionate about his work. My daughter is a 3yo and she was afraid since we got into the room and within seconds he won her over. The office is totally children friendly, they have toys at the lobby, everything is clean and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend him with my eyes closed!

We went to university children’s eye after being told by another specialist that my son was legally blind in one eye. I was devastated!! Dr Hughes is our hero!!! She worked with Colton since he was 7, and he is now 17. I would NEVER go anywhere else besides university children’s eye for help because they truly helped his vision. He is doing great thanks to Dr. Hughes guidance. We love her!!!
