Amazing service! They completely eliminated all pests quickly. Michael is great in the customer service area. Chad is an extraordinary technician who also rocks at customer service. He is respectful ( not all of their technicians are), thorough and informative. I highly recommend Viking and especially Michael and Chad.

I have used viking for years to keep my home protected. They do an excellent job at identifying the root cause of the problem and finding a solution. The technician that provided services today, Michael Martini, was on time, cooperative and went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the services.
We recently purchased this home and it has termite baits and a contract with Viking. So I called because I have NO experience with what we have to do, what to expect, even when was the last time the previous homeowners made a payment. Jessica B. was the service rep who answered my questions and was so helpful, polite, and very patient! She was also able to schedule a technician to come out and take a look around. Very happy with our experience and will continue to use!
I asked to reschedule our first standard service of 2021 by two weeks to allow snow/ice to clear from the access areas around our home. Eric was professional, friendly, and changed our service date in an efficient manner. Well done.
Technician Jason showed up yesterday and asked if there were any issues with pests here on the Warren property. He took a lot of time and care to inspect the residence and garage. Very professional, courteous, thorough and enthusiastic. Excellent!
