A few days before Christmas Brett did a great job helping my girlfriend select and size a new pair of Jackson figure skates. Although skates we wanted weren't in stock, Brett placed an internal order to move them from another store to Bridgewater, NJ. The day after Christmas, Chris Levite did an outstanding job handling a busy store full of customers interested in skate sharpening and new equipment. Chris' patience, positive attitude, and follow-through was remarkable. He even kept his cool when he was critiqued by an unpleasant customer, who didn't respect the situation of an understaffed store due to covid illness. Had an excellent experience here - Needed some help getting my ice skates heat molded and looking at some rust on the blades. The guy helping me was friendly, helpful, and informative, perfect customer service.
Decent size store for hockey equipment with friendly and helpful staff.
First, this store was great. Then, it expanded and got even better. I swear its like hockey heaven! You walk in and there is absolutely everything you can imagine available to you, in both hockey AND figure skating gear. They have great hours, and the staff is always helpful and friendly with a figure skating specialist on board to assist! One of my absolute favorite stores to go to when the little one needs upgrading on gear. Something that used to feel like such a chore ends up being a great experience, and the people there treat you like family. Added bonus is the apparel and extra things they have as well. Coming from a huge hockey family its the best place to get gifts! The little ones get knee hockey sticks, and my dad got a bauer stick grilling set! The team sweatshirt was for me though! Definitely a great place to go.
Excellent customer service and high quality skate sharpening. My son had a problem with his skate boot before a practice. Brett performed emergency surgery and jury- rigged a way to get him on the ice until we had time to permanently repair.
Brett and his team went out of there way to help me great customer service.
