Great bike store & owner, I needed a few things put on my road bike & Briggs was more then happy to do it for me. My go to bike store now as the wait time isnt 3 weeks for a minor thing like another bike store here on Kauai. Highly recommended!

very helpful and so far has had everything i needed maintain/repair my bikes at very reasonable prices.
Brought my bike in for a much needed tune up, as well as replace a few components & a complete crankshaft overhaul. I could tell that he was busy as there seemed to be quite a bit of bikes in there in need of service or repairs, so originally he told me it’d be a week out, (which I was good with) but Brigg’s called me 2 days later & said it was finished... superior customer service. Highly recommended!
Called in to check if open and Briggs fixes my bob stroller in 10 minutes. Can’t beat that service! Awesome experience. He has a clean and cool shop. Come down and check him out at harbor mall. Mahalo!
