I went to Improve Broadway here years ago and kept Brigham Larsen piano in mind for when I was ready to purchase a piano. I reviewed my options with Brigham last year and he gave me a tour of their operation. I decided to wait to purchase a piano for my talented son. I saved for a piano to fit my budget and purchased last month because I could use that piano as trade in later for another piano if I wanted. We love our refurbished upright grand piano! My son tried out several and made his selection in my price range. I’m impressed with their refurbished selection and their process for storage and their employees and referred my father to see his options for refurbishing their grand piano. Myself, my son, and my father are very pleased with the service, selection, and community options such as lessons that they provide. I highly recommend Brigham Larson for fixing an old piano, tuning a piano, renting or purchasing a piano. He will work with you to find the best fit for your situation.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, they keep their pianos in a great shape, the building is always so clean, and they had everything we needed to run a smooth music festival. I love that a piano TECHNICIAN/tuner came and took care of issues with my piano that my prior tuners had not resolved. Specifically, a damper that wasn't falling and a damp chaser that needed servicing. My piano sounds great now and I love playing it now that these issues are fixed.

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Brigham Larson Pianos. We came up from Davis County after looking into many different places, because of their large inventory of used pianos and great reviews. It was immediately apparent that they know their stuff and want to make sure you get exactly what you want. There was no pressure at all. We didn't find exactly what we wanted on the first visit, but Brigham and Stacey went out of their way to let me know as soon as something came up. Brigham was very patient as I asked question after question, and made sure he was there personally when we did come back a few weeks later to purchase a BEAUTIFUL piano at a great price. They rearranged their delivery schedule to fit us in, and even sent Jacob all the way down to our home a few days letter to fix a squeaky hinge and make a minor adjustment. He was very professional and curteous as well. If you're in the market for a piano, it's worth the drive to come here! Everything was top notch. Brigham and Stacey will make your experience a very enjoyable and comfortable one. This recommendation was completely unsolicited and well-deserved!

1st class service throughout the entire process. We purchased a very used grand piano from a friend. Brigham’s team picked up the piano, took it to their shop where they did a full cleaning, reshaped the hammers, full alignment, leveled the keys, full regulation, lubrication, tightening and tuning. A few weeks later they delivered it to our home and we couldn’t be happier. It looks gorgeous, and has a warm rich tone. They communicated well throughout, and were responsive when we had questions about pricing and schedule.
