They need more than 2 people working. I waited 45 minutes just to switch out a box not working. Or wait 3 days to get an appointment to get a new box.

Great service. Busy place on a Monday, I was still able to get great service from them
No support on phone. Enormous croud of people stay in their office during coronavirus in line waiting for more than an hour thei representativ attention. Simple question from client side is a huge problem for them. Cancel their service is unresolving problem.
My husband and I wanted to upgrade our spectrum phones and it took them almost 2 weeks to get the phones in as the manager kept forgetting to order them. When they did finally did come, the lady was very nice and helped me get them all set up which was nice. The only problem is that they don't put the sim card and everything in. You have to do it yourself. Some of my husband's pictures didn't transfer over and some of his personal data. The first time I went to this store I had to pick up cable boxes and they refused to help me because my husband wasn't there even though I had put on the account. She was very rude but made up for it this trip and I thank her for all the help she gave me.
Great customer service and received quick service. I was in and out for equipment return and cancellation of services . Kudos!
