BEYOND RUDE SERVICE! I was out of town and needed some plans printed. Stopped in and asked the lady (I’m assuming the owner) if she could print off a couple drawings for me, that I had on my laptop. She was immediately irritated and had a scowl on her face. I explained to her that I would either need WiFi or possibly borrow a Zip drive so I could either email or transfer the files to her from the drive. She seemed even more confused and irritated. She then (in a nasty voice) said that she didn’t want to get “spam” on her computer. Apparently thought my computer could be infected..... I told her I was just going elsewhere. She muttered that I could email the files. My response: NO THANKS. I walked out and would never EVER suggest this business to anyone. This person clearly knows less than zero about customer service. And it makes me wonder why she is even in business for herself. Clearly, if a paying customer is that annoying to her, that should be an indication to pick a different line of work. I picked on 1 star, but only because stars in the negative aren’t an option.
