I recently went to order pizza from Cottage Inn on a Friday evening, online it said it would be a 2 hour time span for delivery. I decided to not order that evening. The next day at 2pm, I pre-ordered online for a 6:30pm delivery. We needed to feed the kids and head out to a Christmas event. Our pizza arrived at 7:25, nearly one hour late. I called at 6:45 and they said it was on its way. I called at 7pm and spoke with a manager. I told the manager, I live 3 miles away from the location. So for the previous gentleman on the phone to tell me it is on its way, is a lie. Had I known it would of been this challenging, I would of picked it up myself. I told him if its not on its way now, we need to cancel the order. The manager said if its not there by 7:30 he would give me a credit. Such a joke. I preplanned and ordered several hours in advance. Our thin crust pizza was so overcooked and burned on the edges it was barely eatable. I didn't call back for a 3rd complaint about the quality. I decided I would not order from them again and give them a Google review.

Thank You Cottage Inn Pizza Brighton for the Delicious BLT Pizza. The Pizza was Hot fresh and amazing. the delivery driver was super Friendly and it was under 30 minutes!
I currently showed up early for my food. I am waiting and watching some girl make my salad. She threw on gloves and started to make it while running her hands through her hair in between adding toppings. There is also another guy sorting the pizza screens who has pulled down his mask and is not wearing gloves. I don't think I will be back.

Friendly service. Sometimes a long wait but worth it. Product always as ordered. Updated interior. Small shop; carry out or delivery.
ALL staff had their masks on, handling food with gloves. I didn’t get the name a young guy hooked me up with the double deal coupon made a great difference in price! Great price and pizza was delicious, I took 1 star off because I had to wait but is Saturday and they were busy.
Friendly staff. Great food. Even in these troubled times, they take steps to ensure the customers safety and the quality of the product. They offer curbside pickup and contactless delivery and it was so easy to place my order online!!!
I spent 15 minutes on hold hearing the cashier ask if they delivered to our home because the closer location is closed. They are about 5.6 miles from our house and after taking our order, charging my card, and waiting 15 minutes we get a call saying they won't deliver to us because it's too far.. I seriously know people who drive further to bank to drop off a deposit then these delivery drivers drive. Waste of jobs in my opinion, 17.99 for one pizza plus a tip, plus delivery charge and then we don't even get our food... Wow.. Pathetic.
