Excellent service. Cheryl helped me find the correct bike for my needs/usage, didn't try to sell me more bike than I was going to use, and was quick to answer questions and clarify terminology. Loved that I could test ride the bike behind the store as well. Looking forward to working with these folks more as I increase my time in the saddle. Thanks for a great experience!

I took 2 of our bikes for Tune-ups and the service, quickness and quality of work was excellent. The guy we got was so helpful. My bike had a lot of issues and he spent a lot of time to do the job right and showed me what I could adjust on my own to make the bike that much better. The experience was excellent and he was very friendly and even recommended places to mountain bike!

Highly recommend D&D Bike for all your biking needs. Cheryl out of the Brighton store was so incredibly helpful to me in finding not only a bike that fits perfectly, but also a seat, kickstand and locks - everything I needed to make it the perfect ride. Couldn’t fix my bikes Or even order parts. I will never go there again. I strongly recommend you find a different bike store if you actually ride your bikes and want good customer service.
