Me and my friend went up there and called the store to ask if we were allowed to come in to order. We called at 9:26 and they wouldn't give us a straight answer because they \closed soon.\ They don't close until 10 and their neon signs said open, it's not like we're allowed to dine-in anyway so we didn't see what the problem was. They said \sure\ so we went inside and the blonde kid looked super irritated to be taking our order. He gave us nasty smirks the entire time. When he gave us our food, he sat the bag on the table like he was an annoyed child and we looked inside and the fries were literally dumped in on purpose. Me and my friend had to laugh at the situation because the whole experience was awful and that kid was a jerk.

I came in and the girl told us to wait and we waited for 3 minutes and than she said how can I help you but then decided to pick up the phone and had us wait again. So another 3 minutes passes and she was still on the phone and ringing up the phone order in the register. In summary we were ignored for 7 minutes until I decided to leave. I called the store after I left and told the girl why were we ignored and she was just defensive with no apologies. Be warned that you customer service is not emphasize d here.
Five guys is a great restaurant chain and this particular location is no exception. The restaurant is one of the standard lunch spots for my coworkers and I, and it's become that because of the solid quality of the food as well as the speedy preparation of it. The staff is very willing to make your custom order just how you like it and the taste is fantastic. Keto/ Low Carb folks: Five guys restaurants will happily give you your order in a bowl or lettuce wrap instead of with a bun, so take advantage of it! There are plenty of keto friendly options in the toppings of the burger, so experiment and find what you like!
