I contracted Pure Energy to install windows and sliding doorwall in my condo after getting three estimates. Only reasonable offer was from Pure Energy. I am so glad in my decision to install their triple pane windows. Immediate improvement in sound and energy efficiency and they are really easy to clean !!. The glass on the inside of the hottest days so far this year was cold to the touch, sound level from outside was reduced. It is such a pleasure to look out windows that are crystal clear. Oh and they have an incredible warranty !! Super happy customer !!

We just completed our install from Pure Energy in our Northville home; the windows are in and they’re lovely, airtight and done!The process, however, caused us to be in limbo from our order date of May, 2020 until install in February, 2021. It was a trying and arduous delay for us; Covid, measuring snafus and pesky weather made the months crawl. I must give props to the owner-Adrian-for his dogged determination to make us satisfied. I appreciated the lengths he went to make things right by us.

Pure Energy Window Company replaced an egress window and 6-foot patio door for me in 2018. The installation crew were efficient, respectful, and left my house unblemished by the construction. Impressed with the quality of the window, patio door, and the significant drop noted on my energy bill over the past year, I replaced the remaining 7 windows in my Condo today (November 12, 2019) with Pure Energy. Again, the installation crew were remarkable, kind, and clean. The accessibility of the company’s owners, the efficient customer service representatives, and competitive prices made choosing Pure Energy a second time a no-brainer. The company (owners) stand by their products no questions asked, the screen of my egress was damaged by something/someone and Pure Energy repaired it. Joyce D. They contacted me knowing my door had issues when a promotion in my area was available. I repaired the original door (with another company) in 2018, which did not correct the leaking of air at the base. Pure Energy representative John Corey came to my Condo with a product and quote that solved the issue once and for all. The installation of my new door during the pandemic in December was terrific. The team (father and son) identified and corrected the original building issues creating the air leak problem. My new door is beautiful and airtight. Again, the team was efficient, respectful, and clean. Now all of my windows and doors are replaced and energy-efficient. Pure Energy Window Company is terrific. I want to share my experience in dealing with Pure Energy Window Company. My house was built after WWII, and while well constructed, the improvements in energy efficiency are leaps and bounds ahead of 1940's and 1950's materials. I contracted with Pure Energy to replace three upstairs windows and a large window group on the ground floor. By \large\, I am referring to 9 windows installed together, filling an opening roughly 6 ft. X 12 ft. The window faces north, towards ¼ mile of farm field. This caused me much concern about how such a large window would withstand the winter winds. My fears were put to rest when the installation was completed. The quality of the windows, and the skills of the installation crew exceeded my expectations. The winter weather has not been an issue, and the room is more comfortable than it has been in the 50 years that I have lived here. The rooms upstairs with the new windows are equally satisfying. Given my experience, I can recommend Pure Energy without reservation. In fact, I have recently contacted them about some more windows and a door that I now want replaced.
