They helped me through the entire process of getting my son disability. They continue to ensure everything goes smoothly, reviewing form submitting the proper paperwork. I could never have navigated through this alone. I strongly recommend you call

Weir & McKenzie, did a great job on my case. It was a hard case and I ended up getting denied. I had a very hard judge. But with their help I refiled my claim and was then approved.

Weir and McKenzie really provided support in a time in which I felt unable to cope with my case. Jeanette Mason, my caseworker, was there every step of the way explaining aspects of the case I would never be able to understand without help. I would recommend this practice to anyone seeking a dedicated and result driven attorney.

They spent next to no time on my case resulting in denial of benefits at my hearing. Thanks to them, I am now for lack of a better word, screwed. Unbelievably unprepared the day of the hearing, which I found out later is the best shot at getting the benefits I deserve. They had different case workers calling me so I never knew who was actually working the case, and all they ever wanted to know is if I was talking to DR.’s about filling out forms to back up my claim. Silly me, I thought that is what the lawyers were getting paid to do?? One of them that called was at home with kids crying and yelling in the background. Real professional. None of them had a clue about my case. Every time I had to explain to them the details about the case. Even on the day of the hearing, Tara was calling the office trying to find out if my Dr. had filled out the forms! Very big mistake by me to let them represent me, I called them on recommendation from a family friend, and boy do I regret it. I called a different firm to see if I had a chance at another hearing and to explain to them what went on at weir&mckenzie and they more or less laughed, not at me, but with me on how my chance got blown by my representation. Needless to say, it is useless for me to try again and they told me that. And to top it all off, they sent me a bill in the end for the 1 or 2 medical recorded that they actually lifted a finger to get. Of course I got all of the rest of the records for them. Just the worst experience in my life truthfully. I actually felt humiliated at the hearing because the judge had OBVIOUSLY put ten times the amount of effort into my case than my own lawyer!
