I am very impressed with Brightstar Care of SW Florida with all of the services they provide and the immense training opportunities!! I am very impressed with their Client Relations/Case Management Nurse, Cary Rodriguez. Her clinical savvy, work ethic and compassion is just what clients need at this time! So glad to have access to so many resources that they provide. Thanks Cary!! Mary Jenkins of The Waters of Cape Coral

Brightstar is most definitely a great choice if you are wanting the best for you or your loved one. My experiences have always left me so grateful to their staff. On more than one occasion Cary R. their nurse has set our family at ease and helped our family make sure our loved ones have exactly what they need to be at home healthy and happy. I would highly recommend them again and again.

I started working with BrightStar Care almost 5 months ago, and this company by far has been the best company I have worked for. This company is designed to set it’s employees for success and they provide you with all the tools necessary. I am extremely amazed by the company’s passion for the clients and the providers. I can’t wait to grow with the company and serve the community through BrightStar Care!

Have worked at Bright Star Care for over 12 years and can only say good things about this agency. Compared to the other agencies, who I have briefly worked for, they are more diligent about who they send to a particular client. Some are better than others dealing with the degenerative nerve diseases, and so would be picked for someone with Parkinsons Disease. Have always been provided with the best PPEs available this past year or so, and have had access to an RN at all times. Management is continuously thinking of ways to make the job of CNA, HHA, RN, etc. a pleasant, and safe place to be. The flexibility of the hours/days is a great thing also. Many retirees, having watched their retirement check fail to keep up with inflation are considering, or are already working part time to bridge that gap. This is a great opportunity for those who have a few hours a day to be part of making an elderly, or disabled person live a full life, without fear of being alone when they shower, etc. The older clients seem to prefer someone closer to their age so they can reminisce about their earlier years. It's a great opportunity to make some extra money while helping someone lead a full life. I've seen many retirees laboring at part time jobs; from pushing shopping carts, bagging groceries, or working retail, etc. Many of those could be enjoying the pleasure that comes from helping those who have lost the ability to do what they used to do with ease. It's a great job. Think about it, and good luck.

I have worked at brightstar for a while and I recently took the dementia traning here that was done by Ellen the nurse and I enjoyed it very much. I learned useful information and reccomend this to new caregivers.
