Laura in a very intelligent and caring physical therapist! She is following the surgeons prescription to the letter. I had a severe rotator cuff tear that was just repaired and Laura is very careful with my treatment at this stage of my recovery. She also does a great job of showing me what I need to do at home. She is never critical of how I do something. If I'm not doing something correctly she is very good at correcting what I'm doing without making me feel ignorant. One very helpful thing is that Advanced Physical Therapy has a website that you can sign-in to that actually has your at home program available including videos of each exercise. It also can track your program which provides incentive to work your program every day.

This is a first class operation! I pinched a nerve aerating my lawn last week and couldn't get in to see my PCP. My wife called APT and they got me in for an appointment that day! Combination of heat, massage, traction and exercises and I am back to normal. Dave and his staff are accommodating to a fault. Highly recommended - can not thank you guys enough!

I highly recommend Advanced Physical Therapy in Bristol. Laura and Amanda are both extremely knowledgeable and very personable. They are always asking how your treatments are progressing and truly take the time to listen. I have seen steady progress after my hip replacement surgery since beginning treatment here.

I knew from the first day I walked into the facility at the Bristol location that I was in good hands. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and of course very knowledgeable. The whole staff was great (Jake, Laura, Amanda, Melissa, Dave), all very helpful and contribute to correcting your ailments. I was dealing with bad sciatica in the lower back, but mostly down my right leg, hip, thigh, knee, & shin. My primary therapist was Laura, who is amazing. We started out with some light stretching, traction, hip flexors, resistance training, elliptical, exercise bike, leg press, to name a few. One thing I learned during my two month period of physical therapy is that you have to be patient. There was times that I was feeling down and discouraged, feeling like my condition wasn't improving, but you just have to stick with it and fight through the pain, 2 months later the sciatica pain and discomfort is gone. If you are looking for a physical therapist, I highly recommend the friendly, very knowledgeable staff at Advanced Physical Therapy.
